Went as a visitor with a member, was charged 16€ for one session on old Life Fitness machines I'd trained on 10years ago. Lots of space yet machines on top of one another. All in all an unpleasant experience and why anybody would pay 60€ per month to be a member is beyond me. Even the coffee machine was broken!
It’s dirty, there are a lot of people, because there is no other hall with a swimming pool in the city. The locker rooms are literally a warehouse for storing things, which people close with barn locks. Finding a free locker is a quest. There are a lot of broken exercise machines that haven't been fixed for weeks. The spa has rust, mold and dirty water that smells bad. The steam bath does not always function properly. If there was an alternative, I wouldn't come here. The price does not correspond to the quality.
Very dirty and old equipment, big ripoff for 19€ , all they had to do is show me around or provide a free trial and this would have never happened, also even asked for my money back, first time I do this and was mocked around and wasted more time with it. I fell off nearly from the assault bike due to the saddle being broken and in the sauna when i tried to get higher because it was too cold the plank was broken and nearly got a splinter. Ridiculous. Honest and true experience here, please avoid.
I've rejoined this gym summer 2023 and their current team of professionals is excellent. I am throughly enjoying the classes and the personal trainers are great! 💪
I had a membership before Covid and wasn't impressed by the level of teaching, so its great to see the gym has improved. BRAVO 👏
Absolute scam
The lobby looks nice. That’s where all the money is spent. The spa is broken. The machines are broken. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t. I had to contact the head office. They would not answer the phone or my emails.
40€ for a week pass. Everything is broken!
I went to Centro deportivo coliseum. It was much better. One day pass 5€. 12.50€ for a week. And they actually have customer service.
Good gym, good equipment, staff were helpful. It’s a bit too expensive but it’s the best closest option in town.
The only time it gets busy is the weekends because the close at 3pm which is very early.
Downstairs is more machines and lifting, whilst upstairs is more CrossFit style set up.
Swimming pool is a bit short, spas don’t have much jet power but the sauna is good.
We are not very happy with personal training services we get in the pool. We go on personal baby swimming session. And for example today the coach did not show up because he had a meeting with the management , so he skipped the session, without warning, without answering the phone. Things can happen but what kind of management will prioritize the meeting over scheduled training with a client without any prior warning ? What kind of management is so not focused on client orientation? So a little 2 year old , had to prepare for swimming (dress, I dress, take a shower, get cold because of wet swimsuit), and waiting for nothing ? And we are clients since October … maybe this gym is so well demanded that is not interested in long term relationships and other clients ..
Everyone has their opinion so I thought I would try this place out, from the moment I walked in, Paula the reception could not have been nicer or helpful. I took the day pass 18 euro which gave me access to the gym which was great, the pool ( had fun taking a aerobics class with the seniors) and then had a amazing spa jacuzzi and steamed in the steam room. My pass is valid for all day and I am sure it’s cheaper if you do a multi day pass . Thoroughly enjoyed my morning
